Revo invests in the future: 1.3 MW photovoltaic system completed
Revo SpA takes another step forward in its journey towards energy and environmental sustainability. In February 2026, the installation of a 1.3 megawatt photovoltaic system was completed, covering over 13,000 square metres of the production facility. The goal is clear: to achieve a high level of energy self-sufficiency while significantly reducing the environmental footprint of production activities. The system, already operational, powers the production site with clean, renewable energy, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable management of resources.

Looking at the Future of Sustainability with REVOBIO
At Revo SpA, innovation in polymeric materials meets a concrete vision of sustainability. Our REVOBIO line is born from carefully selected renewable resources, with a traceable supply chain that does not interfere with the food chain and is free from genetically modified components. Beyond the choice of raw materials, we have conducted environmental impact analyses according to the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) methodology, compliant with ISO 14044 standard. This allows us to rigorously measure the environmental impact reduction of our bio-based TPU compared to fossil counterparts. In particular, our analyses highlight a significant reduction in CO2 equivalent emissions, benefiting the fight against global warming. The result? Revo SpA Leads the Change: Supporting Inclusive Mobility in Verona with "PULMINOAMICO®"
We are proud to announce Revo SpA's participation in "PULMINOAMICO®", an important social initiative dedicated to improving mobility for people with reduced motor skills in our local community. Together with other socially conscious companies in the Verona area, we have chosen to invest in collective well-being by contributing to the purchase of a special vehicle. This vehicle, equipped with an electric lift for wheelchair accommodation, has been made available to the FEVOSS VERONA Association - Federation of Social and Health Voluntary Services. FEVOSS VERONA plays a crucial role in strengthening social bonds and promoting inclusion. Thanks to this new vehicle, they can provide even better support to the most vulnerable individuals – the elderly, the sick, and non-self-sufficient people – ensuring their access to medical appointments and essential care, a fundamental right often hindered by logistical barriers. Revo SpA Implements an Advanced Energy Monitoring System for a More Sustainable Future
Revo SpA, a leader in the production of thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) and elastomer-based alloys, is pleased to announce the implementation of a cutting-edge energy monitoring system, marking a significant step forward in our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Energy Monitoring: Operational from January 1, 2024 Revo SpA’s new energy monitoring system has been fully operational since January 1, 2024. This initiative represents a substantial investment in our infrastructure, aimed at optimizing energy consumption and reducing the environmental impact of our operations. How the System Works Our energy monitoring system is based on an integrated network of advanced instruments and management software, installed on every single component of our production plant. This comprehensive approach allows us to: 1. Monitor energy consumption in real-time for each stage of the production process 2. Quickly identify any inefficiencies or anomalies 3. Gather precise data for in-depth analysis and strategic planning In parallel with energy monitoring, we have implemented equally detailed and automated systems for monitoring water and methane gas consumption related to our daily activities. Next Steps: Associating CO2 Emissions with Production Batches In our ongoing commitment to transparency and environmental responsibility, Revo SpA is working to implement a system that will associate the CO2 emissions released into the atmosphere with each production batch.
