Fourteen metres high and over 5,000 load units: Revo has completed its new semi-automated warehouse. A project born to expand storage space significantly, and designed to do a great deal more.

Multi-depth tunnels and satellite shuttles

The system is built around multi-depth tunnels, managed entirely by robotic satellites and by semi-automated trilateral forklifts. A configuration that makes use of the building's full height without giving up quick access to goods.

More capacity, more flexible flows

The work has not only increased storage capacity. It has made handling flows more flexible and the loading and unloading of load units faster, with a direct benefit on response times to customers.

Technology and people, in dialogue with the management system

Forklifts, shuttles and operators work in synergy, and the whole operation integrates smoothly with the functions of the internal management system: every movement is tracked, every position is known in real time.
